We encourage our customers to make informed purchase decisions, and our team is always available to assist you prior to placing an order. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns Policy
- In case of receipt of a damaged item
Although our team carefully inspects products before shipping, if your item arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the product and its condition. Share this video with our support team, who will review it and determine the appropriate next steps. - In case of an incorrect item delivered
If you receive a product that is incorrect or does not match the order you placed, Periwinkle will arrange a courier pickup for all returns. Items should be returned using the assigned courier service, allowing us to safely receive and process your return. Once the item is received and inspected, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our policy. - In either of the two cases mentioned above, the request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, invoice, tags, certificates (if any), and accessories must be intact.
- Return requests received after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for review.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
- If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, please do not accept or open the parcel.

- Acceptance of a damaged or tampered parcel may disqualify the order from any claim.
Exchange Policy
- Periwinkle does not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Color variations
- Design preferences
- Size or styling expectations
- Product images may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and individual screen calibration. We strive for accuracy and are happy to share daylight or detailed images upon request prior to purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are permitted only before the order has been shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Credit for Cancelled Orders
For approved cancellations:
- An equivalent store credit will be issued
- Store credits can be redeemed for future purchases on the Periwinkle website
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued in cases approved by Periwinkle, such as when the wrong item is sent or if the product is confirmed to be damaged during delivery
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at Periwinkle’s discretion
- Processing time may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways
Return Shipping Address
All approved returns must be shipped to the address after confirmation from our support team.
